Let us bring fitness to you

Clacksic Fitness travels to you to help you pursue your goals for weight loss, recovering from an injury, building muscle, or just trying to get fit. Training can take place in your home, office gym, outdoors, or in several area gyms in the Washington, DC metropolitan area to make exercising as convenient as possible.

We can work with any of your personal exercise equipment and can also supplement it with our other equipment options like stability balls, kettle bells, resistance tubing, TRX suspension, and weights.

If you prefer virtual personal training, Clacksic Fitness has online training as well. In addition, we offer expert nutritional coaching, planning, and advice to align your diet with your workout goals.

Training sessions are 30 or 60 minute long, depending on what works best for your goals and budget. Our rates vary based on how far we have to travel to you.You have taken the first step to look for help. Contact us for your free initial fitness assessment.

Dwayne Clacks

I am a fitness enthusiast who has always been passionate about health and wellness.

I grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and have been involved in sports and fitness since I was a kid. I participated in baseball, basketball, ring hockey, football, wrestling, track, and cross country throughout junior high and high school. In college, I was a Division 1 wrestler.
